Mud Pies 03:35
Lightening streaks across the sky Thunder rolls on by It's raining cats and dogs Jumping puddles, we're making mud pies of it all The sky is blue and the clouds are white I dream of you and me And what we're doing tonight What we're doing tonight The wind rips through the leaves Sunshine's down on us like laser beams Ring around the rose tree We're in up to our knees making mud pies of it all The sky is blue and the clouds are white I dream of you and me Aren't we a sight Aren't we a sight Don't know where the time has gone One minute it just froze, froze us in our tracks Gotta get it back Like Humpty Dumpty in the Fall Summer's gone, but one big mud pie would fix it all The sky is blue and the clouds are white I dream of you and me It just feels right It just feels right Oh yay, the sky is blue and the clouds are white I dream of you and me It just feels right Aren't we a sight Oh what we're doing tonight It just feels right........

Once upon a time there was an engineer Drove a locomotive both far and near Accompanied by a monkey who would sit on a stool Watching everything the engineer would move One day the engineer wanted a bite to eat He left the monkey sitting on the driver's seat The monkey pulled the throttle, locomotive jumped the gun Doing ninety miles an hour down the mainline run Big locomotive right on time Big locomotive coming down the line Big locomotive number ninety nine Left the engineer with a worried mind The engineer called up the despatcher on the phone Tell him all about his locomotive was gone Get on the wire, switch operator to right 'Cause the monkey's got the mainline sewed up tight Switch operator got the message in time Said there's a northbound train on the same mainline Open up the switch, I'm gonna let it through the hole 'Cause the monkey's got the locomotive under control Big locomotive right on time Big locomotive coming down the line Big locomotive number ninety nine Left the engineer with a worried mind He drove the locomotive clear to old St. Paul And on to Minneapolis but that's not all He picked up his speed and he was headed West And then he pulled in the station down at Old Camp Quest Big locomotive right on time Big locomotive coming down the line Big locomotive number ninety nine Left the engineer with a worried mind

Blue Skies 04:14
Don't you Run run run To blue skies ahead now Promising a bright new day tomorrow Slow right down and watch where you're walkin' Or there's trouble on the the path today Trouble all along the way Walkin' down the streets of the city Smells and sights to gawk at By swirling script in bright purple letters Soon my eye was caught Pushed through scarves into musky darkness Play that gypsy game She turned my palm, looked straight into my eyes This is what I heard her say CHORUS From County Clare across the great ocean Family they did ride Bringing pots and pans and hopes for a future Brighter than the other side Grandma's place was always the kitchen Keep us cousins fed On stews and scones and stories of old And lessons that the wee Folk send CHORUS Sun shone brightly on flower gardens The day we made our vows Holdin' hand and drinkin' toasts to the future Of dreams we would fulfill somehow Winter always follows the Summer, The Elders they did tell But I never seemed to notice the changes Until the final darkness fell My eyes were always up ahead Searching for blue cloudless skies But the road on which I travelled Had boulders a mile high CHORUS X 2
